Welcome to Knightedge Shipping Solutions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all our services, including package forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery from the United States to Jamaica. By using our services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
At Knightedge Shipping Services, we take the stress out of getting your packages from the U.S. to Jamaica. We specialize in fast, reliable, and affordable solutions for individuals and businesses.
Our Core Services:
Package Forwarding: Ship your packages, boxes, or barrels from the U.S. to Jamaica with ease.
Customs Clearance: We handle the paperwork and duties to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Door-to-Door and Knutsford Delivery: We deliver directly to your home or business or via Knustford for maximum convenience.
Purchase Assistance: Need help sourcing items? We can buy and ship on your behalf.
School Supplies & Books: We buy and resell school books at great prices.
Provide accurate contact information, shipping details, and item descriptions.
Ensure all goods comply with local and international shipping regulations.
Provide all invoices and recepts for shipped goods.
Pay all shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges.
Customers must not ship illegal, dangerous, or restricted items including (but not limited to)
Firearms
Hazardous Materials
Perishable Items without the required clearance
Counterfeit goods
All shipping fees, customs charges, and service fees must be paid in full before package release.
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, cash and credit/debit card.
Failure to collect package within 14 days of package arrival will result in storage fees of JMD $150/day.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days from the date the package leaves our U.S. facility.
Delays caused by customs, weather, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside the Company’s control.
The Company is not liable for delivery delays beyond our direct control.
We take every reasonable step to handle your items safely.
The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to goods unless the customer has purchased insurance.
Claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos, receipts).
The Company’s liability is limited to the value declared by the customer.
The Company reserves the right to:
Refuse service to any customer violating these Terms & Conditions.
Suspend or terminate service without notice for illegal or prohibited use.
Knightedege Shipping Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
